About Maker Stores

Earn+ Maker Stores are dedicated storefronts for independent merchants. They give shoppers a simple way to discover products, learn about the Maker and buy through Earn+.

Only verified Maker Stores can accept payments and orders. Anyone can create and publish a store on Earn+; while verification is underway, Makers can show their products and ideas, welcome visitors and build a waitlist. For safety, checkout is only enabled once the store and the person or company behind it have been verified.

For Makers

Create or sign into an Earn+ account, submit your business details, create your store, add products and complete verification. Your store can be published with waitlist sign-up before checkout is enabled.

You can apply to sell legal, safe and accurately described products in approved categories including food, fashion, beauty, homeware, art, gifts and crafts.

Payment is sent to the Maker’s bank account within 24 hours after the buyer confirms that the order has been delivered.

Delivery is fulfilled by the Maker using the option shown to the buyer at checkout. Earn+ is integrating delivery partners to make this easier in future.

Yes, where the category allows it. Clearly state the preparation time, available options and any limits on changes or cancellations.

Choose a product from a verified store, review the product and delivery details, add any required options and pay through Earn+ Secure Checkout, facilitated by Paystack.

The Maker fulfils delivery using the option shown at checkout. Check the delivery charge, preparation time and expected timing before paying.

Yes. When several products from the same Maker are purchased in one order, one combined delivery charge applies.

Rewards are available only on specifically marked products and offers. Check the individual offer for its qualifying steps. Once delivery is confirmed, eligible rewards are paid directly to your bank account within 24 hours.

Keep the product, packaging and order details, take clear photos and contact the Maker through their store within 24 hours of receiving the order. The applicable platform policy governs the next step.

Returns and cancellations are governed by the Earn+ platform policy. Contact the Maker first through the contact button on their store.
